RETURN POLICY

All our clients are very important to us, that’s why GyroGear Ltd (“Company”), has created the following Refund Policy to let You know how we handle the refunds for the goods ordered and bought on our website http://gyrogear.co/ (“Website”).

The terms “You,” “Your,” and “Yours” refer to the entity/ person/ organization using our Website. When this Policy mentions “we”, “us,”, and “our” it refers to the Company and its subsidiaries or /and affiliates. The term “goods” refer to any product or item bought on our Website by You.

You have the right, without giving a reason, to return the goods within 30 days, if it has not been used, damaged or its appearance has not substantially changed, that is, the appearance of the product or its packaging has been made only such alterations as were necessary to inspect the goods received.

The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 30 days without giving a reason does not apply to legal persons (e.g. companies, entrepreneurs).

This Return policy does not limit Your statutory rights to withdraw or rights You may have in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective goods.

All our clients are very important to us and although we cannot guarantee that our products will benefit every user with hand tremors, GyroGear Ltd (“Company”) has created the following client-friendly Return Policy for the goods ordered and purchased through our website, http://gyrogear.co/ (“Website”).

This Policy applies only to individuals who are the original purchaser and actual end-user of the product. It does not apply to resellers or to distributors, independent sales representatives, corporations or other entities, or purchasers of multiple units of the product (other than for personal use).

If you wish to return a purchased product, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

Standard Returns (Not due to product defect or our error)

Ø  You must start the return process by submitting a properly completed Return Form [JC1] (included with your order) within 30 days of your receipt of the product. The Return Form must be returned by email to: hello@gyrogear.co.

Ø  You must send the goods back, postage pre-paid, to the Company’s address indicated on the Return Form.

Ø  The returned product must be in new or unused condition (in a condition fit for resale), subject only to your trial use of the product within 30 days of its receipt. The product must be returned in the original packaging, with all original product inserts and accessories included.

Ø  The appearance of the product and packaging has been affected solely as necessary to inspect the goods received.

Ø  You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Ø  The returned items must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number which will be provided to you by the Company following receipt of the Return Form.

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible following your trial use of the product (but and in no event more than 30 days following your receipt of the product), to begin the return and refund process.  The Support Team will walk you through the process and help you.

Once the goods have been received and checked by our staff, provided that the terms and conditions of this Policy have been fully satisfied by you, a refund will be authorised by the same method that the payment was made. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 30 days to be credited to your original payment method. In all cases we have the right to suspend the refund until the good are received by us and inspected.

If you fail to meet the deadlines or any other terms or conditions of our Return Policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Standard Returns

Any goods that You wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the Goods to be returned do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.

You must place your refund request within 30 days of delivery of the item.

Please fill in the Return form received with your order and send the goods back to the address provided herein.

In case of the return of the goods, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

You must exercise return right responsibly and return the product in the original neat packaging, as well as return all complete parts of the product. You are responsible for the complete set of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, we won’t be able to accept the returned goods and issue a refund.

Once the Goods and the Return form have been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorised by the same method that the payment was made. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 30 days to be credited to your original payment method. In all cases we have the right to suspend the refund until the good are received back and inspected.

Defective Product Returns and Returns Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by sending you replacement parts or accessories, replacing the product or issuing a full refund.  The following terms and conditions will apply:

Ø  You must start the return process by contacting us at hello@gyrogear.co within 30 days of our delivery of the product.

Ø  You must submit a properly completed Return Form (included with your order) within 30 days of delivery of the product.  You must indicate on the Return Form how you wish the claim to be resolved. The Return Form can be returned by mail or by email to: hello@gyrogear.co.

Ø  Upon our receipt of a Return Form, we may request (and you will be required to promptly provide) evidence of the issue, such as a photo or video, and, we may request you to return the goods to us in Singapore.

If we require you to return the goods to us, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.  The goods must be returned in the original packaging with all original product inserts and accessories.

Defective goods

In certain cases, such as defective, damaged or wrong goods, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo or video, or to return the item to receive a refund.

You must contact our company at hello@gyrogear.co within 30 days upon purchase and provide detailed information, such as:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Information about the defect, failure or missing part of the item

  • Defect evidence (e.g. a photo or video of the item, a photo of the defective area (if it is possible to take a photo), a photo of the packaging, other).

 

When submitting a complaint, You must indicate how You wish the claim to be resolved:

  • To replace the defective goods with quality items
  • To supplement the incomplete goods with missing components
  • To apply a discount to the goods, e.g. reduce the price of the goods accordingly
  • To refund the money paid
  • To receive store credit

 

In case You are required to return the goods back to us, You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging (with instructions and/or warranty card, if they were delivered with the product).
